Are there any charges to convert CitiDollars into air miles? Yes. A SGD25 administrative charge will be imposed for each mile transfer requested. May I use CitiDollars to waive my annual fee? Yes. For Classic & Clear cardmembers, it will require 15,750 CitiDollars, for Gold credit cardmemembers 39,375 CitiDollars and for Platinum cardmembers, it will require 39,375 CitiDollars. How long are my reward vouchers valid for? All Citibank reward vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months unless otherwise specified. How long does it take for the rewards vouchers to reach me? You will receive the Citibank Rewards vouchers within 7 working days from the date of your request. Vouchers will be mailed to your billing address via normal mail. What do I need to do to collect my Rewards? You will need fill in your credit cardnumber and sign on your Citibank Reward voucher before presenting it at the respective shop or redemption outlet to claim your reward. Any incomplete Reward Vouchers will not be accepted. Where can I collect my Rewards?
